I recently had a wonderful one-night stay, enjoying the breathtaking bay views from my King Room with Sea View. Dinner at the pub was delightful, featuring delicious food and phenomenal service. The cider upon arrival was a lovely touch that added to the charm of the evening.

The pool amenities were truly enjoyable.

We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The round magnifying mirror in the bathroom was particularly off-putting with grime all around the frame. Additionally, it felt like the cleaning staff only focused on the visible areas, leaving dust and debris under the furniture. This made our stay less comfortable than we would have liked.

the room lacked a microwave. but the view was stunning. the pool was clean and inviting. the staff was super friendly and welcoming! !

We had an amazing time relaxing in our beautiful king room with a garden view, and the heated pool was just what we needed after a long day. The spa services were top-notch, and we loved lounging on the sun terrace. The only hiccup was a minor mix-up with room service, but it didn’t take away from our stay. 😊

our stay at the resort & spa was just perfect! we loved the amazing view of the bay from our hot tub suite. the staff was very friendly, and the cider at check-in was such a nice touch. We really enjoyed the luxurious foot and lower leg massage at the spa. it was truly relaxing. also, it’s super close to butchart gardens, making it easy to explore.

The King Room with Balcony was stunning, providing a breathtaking view that made every moment special. The staff, especially the manager, made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to show us around. The pool view was a delightful addition to our stay, making it all the more relaxing.

However, I did notice that the bathroom could benefit from some updated fixtures.

I loved the tranquil atmosphere and stunning ocean views from my king room. The decor was elegant and comfortable, making it a perfect backdrop for a relaxed getaway. Everything was easily accessible for someone my age.

More comfortable seating in public areas would help.
